CraftCorps is a free Minecraft launcher. This refund policy applies to any paid features or premium services offered through CraftCorps, including services available at craftcorps.net and craftclient.net.

2. Current Status

As of the date above, CraftCorps does not charge for any features. There are no subscriptions, premium tiers, or paid downloads. The launcher is completely free.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund:

  2. Provide account name, purchase date, and product name
  3. Describe the reason for the refund request

All refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds go to the original payment method. If unavailable, alternative solutions are arranged.

5. Chargebacks

Users are encouraged to contact CraftCorps before filing chargebacks, as they incur handling fees and may result in account restrictions.

6. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to reject requests appearing fraudulent or abusive, including repeated purchases and returns of identical content or systematic refund procedure misuse.

7. Currency and Taxes

Refund amounts are calculated in original purchase currency. Taxes are refunded proportionally. Exchange rate differences do not warrant additional refunds.

8. Promotional Content

Free promotional content, beta rewards (such as Founder's Cape), or partnership program items are non-refundable since no payment occurred.

9. Service Outages

If CraftCorps experiences prolonged outages exceeding 72 hours preventing access to purchased content, full refunds are available regardless of download status.

10. Subscription Services

Future subscription features may be cancelled anytime, effective at the current billing period's end. Partial period refunds are not provided unless local law requires otherwise.

11. Statutory Rights

This policy does not diminish statutory consumer protection rights. Where local law provides broader refund protections, those apply.

12. Policy Changes

The refund policy may be updated periodically. Material changes are announced via launcher and websites (craftcorps.net and craftclient.net). Prior purchases follow the policy in effect at purchase time.
